KC cares about Butterfly House
Butterfly House is a community resource centre who addresses the challenges of poor education and nutrition, crime and abuse, poverty and neglect as well as a lack of appropriate role models, which causes a state of vulnerability amongst the children and youth in the Drakenstein area. When approached by Radio KC, the organisation identified stationery, arts and crafts resources (e.g. wool), non-perishable products and toiletries for the vulnerable youth. The station launched an impactful drive and collected a substantial amount of goods that was handed over to Butterfly House by the caring team of Radio KC.
